This video looks at the nature of grooming in the context of the #MeToo movement. I use colour image manipulation of “Thérèse Dreaming" (1938), a painting by Polish-French painter Balthus (Balthasar Klossowski de Rola) and add audio as a way to explore underlying notions of trauma and grief in relation to desire.
